They are excellent at finding top quality used parts that are sometimes hard to find at your local yards. The staff from ordering to pickup was excellent.

Watching your delivery driver block up an entire Lane of traffic and thinking wow what great advertising. Especially the part where he kept slamming on his brakes causing ten cars behind him to have to do the same. Great job. Give that guy a raise.

BAD BUSINESS!!!! Took 2.5 weeks to get an hold of someone. Once I got a hold of TRAVIS, i told him what parts I needed and what vehicle it was for he said he would take a look and then give me a call and never did. The next day, once I reached out again asking for a number to a better fenix or different auto shop, he wanted to try and reach out when i couldn’t answer. The day after that, I called back and press 0 (new person), same store. I got in touch with MICAH, he was helpful “so I thought” the parts that i contacted Travis for has been sold except for the bumper but it’s at their Cincinnati location so I pay for it (1k) and then the next day I get in my truck at 4am and make my way to Cincinnati. When I’m close I call MICAH to confirm pick up and see if it would be pulled by time I arrive he said yes. I get there 4 hours away from home 277 miles in. JUST SO THEY CAN TELL ME MY PART HAS BEEN SOLD. THEN OFFERED ME A DIFFERENT COLOR THEN THE ONE I NEEDED FOR THE SAME PRICE👎. Just unacceptable drove 4 hours away for a refund. HIGHLY Disappointed and will not be doing business again.

been trying to get in touch with each location for over a week and a half, looking for a bumper. finally once getting in touch, THEY SAID it would be ready. it did say available on the website & also talked to representative MICAH from canton and he said it would be ready. i drive 5+ hrs just for them to tell me they don’t have it after i already paid 900+ for it. UNORGANIZED company all together DO NOT shop with them.

Ian was a great help he lowered the price of the part and made things right. The part (pickup bed) was perfect they even made a stand to sit the bed on which made loading onto the trailer easy. For any big parts like this I will definitely check here first. My only complaint is fenix parts needs to be closer build a couple in Pennsylvania.
